JEM Computer Systems provide both onsite and remote access support. The JEM support team can be your point of reference for all technical support; including hardware, software, consulting, installations, networking, and troubleshooting requests.

Remote Access Support
The JEM Computer Systems support team operate throughout normal business hours and provide a 24/7 after hours support service. It is the contact point when requesting technical support for the IT systems on your site and/or the scheduling of a field engineer. Any client participating in the Priority Technical Support
has free access to this facility.
